Glen Spey 12 Year Old Flora and Fauna

A smooth, pleasant and lighter style single malt Speyside with tropical and fruity notes of ripe peaches pineapple and hints of lemon. Fresh, green nose with wisps of smoke, then light, smooth sweetness balancing to a dry finish.

Pale gold.

Medium-bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.

Mild nose-feel. Closed. Lightly fruity - greengages and white grapes. With water, fresh and estery, but still relatively closed. Green pea-pods. Wisp of smoke - dead fires or charred wood. Very light medicinal note: Elastoplast. Nose reduces considerably with development. Warm wood.

Warming. Light sweetness, with some acidity.

Dry, medium length. Some chocolate and light coconut in the aftertaste
